today i manage to speak my thought to my young padawan (sape2 xtau mksd kena g tgk starwars).. i know he'll go through a tough time to convince people 'bout his ability but i'm pretty sure, he'll do just fine d way things going on now.. he just have to be patient and humble enough to slip in into d world of prejudisme (donno got this word or not) and nepotisme..

generally, tmn9 now is in d shortage of leadership, as what d boss said but i believe if d rite people given d rite authority n power, they can do a miracle too.. i dun wanna reveal who is d gem n who is not.. i believe it is d task of their manager to polish up their strength.. dun suppressed them.. let them shine.. i can't thank you enuff to my former boss, En Baharom who restlessly pushing me forward even though we feel like we gonna be buried together in d dungeon of the "kipas world".. i just cant think of single most effective way to show ur talent other than showing whut u r capable of.. asek nk kipas boss jer bila mau hbs citer beb??? u must have ur own stand, speak up ur mind and definitely, work as sincerest as u can.. kalo asek nk kejar gred n post jer mstilah dia lari.. try to standstill, insyaAllah it will come to you.. :) i think this will be my last post about d n9 bcoz starting this may, i'll be starting my new job as a Service Engineer in KL.. d post that shud be mine couple of years ago.. to all TMN9's staff, thank you 4 ur continuous support.. i will not be here if not bcoz ur total support..
