Assalamualaikum, sobahul khair

Working far from HQ really pay d price when we started to feel left out from d mind development program.. everyday, we must be ready for new mind-blowing challenges without anything to cancel it off... however, yesterday, i've got a rare opportunity to once again visiting Menara Rebung for a half a day program with d youngest CEO in TM which is Yussof Annuar Yaakob.. great initiative from TDD and a fruitful session for those who are hunger for new perspective.. Kudos to En Yussof 4 ur effort in making TMI as one of best regional player in telco.... it doesnt matter if d investment has been poured into a small country as long as it gave you a good income.. :) my only question to him is how he motivate himself n his workforce which I think what we are lacking now in TM Group

To motivate himself
1) Salary - fundamental
2) Treat work as amanah
3) Talking to others

To motivate workforce
1) Inculcate a fear to Allah the Almighty
2) Try to listen to their problem no matter how small it is - work closely with HR

A very simple approach and I believe everyone can do it... :)
