'Living d brand ' ......dis course was scheduled to continue d effort made by TM last year rebranding exercise.. being as one of d trainer, i've got a very good experience handling all those management question without any hesitation even though sometimes i've been cornered by their neverending eagerness to ask my opinion.. urmm.. good exercise but not d best platform i presume.. i'll raise ur concern and i hope my project can continue as well.. together we can make TM a very professional organization with a very good interpersonal skill among d staff.. a journey of a thousand miles begin with a single step...:D
