a little addendum to yesterday's post... to be a good CEO, you must posses 3 strong personalities (which i believe is a fundamental of being a leader)

1. Listen - do listen to everybody and analyze it before you make any decision. Most people dont wanna listen b'coz they are to eager to talk.. staying quite is better than talking nonsense.. :D
2. Clarity - u must be very clear of what u doing and whut r u gonna do to achieve something. take an example of TnDet (donno if he is proTDM).. he is very clear and his clarity can be cascaded down to those who he rule... :)
3. Manage expectation - people tend to give an expectation to others whether its high or low but if u can manage it, they will pay more respect to you..

How about that?? 3 strong personalities that one must have before thinking of being a leader or CEO.. as of myself, i like to add up one more characteristic which is

• Planning - before u wanna distribute ur power, u must plan to whom u should give it.. then u should plan ahead how to make sure he is capable or equipped with what he need to be a good predecessor.. same case if u wanna do a project or whatsoever, we must plan it accordingly... if fail to plan, u r in d route of planning to fail
