ever heard tm giving out 17 month bonus before?? not a dream anymore with new salary structure introduced for sales personnel.. believe it or not, there are people out there who dont have to work for the next one year but still receiving the same amount of money they previously earned.... urmmm.. enjoying the sound of it?? but do you have the guts to change?? with more n more benefit coming in, i have to say that tm is really serious in this matter which makes their employees living a hell out just to make sure they can retain their lifestyle.. big remuneration comes with big risk.. : thn 2008 dh menjelang tiba.. bagaimana dgn azam 2007?? stkt ni alhamdulillah dh berjaya selesaikan hampir 90% daripada keseluruhan azam.. career developed very well, personal life .. urmm stil in progress.. social.. better than good.. :) insyaAllah next year i'll step to the new job's environment.. hope for more prosperous life ahead.... :) posted by SyaHrIR at
